Can I order samples?
We do offer samples so customers can see the product in the flesh before ordering.
We do not charge for the sample, but we do charge £15 for carriage. This will be refunded if a full order is subsequently placed with us.

When should I expect delivery?
We aim to deliver within 5 working days.
Once an order is placed we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date.
Our admin team will provide a Delivery Disclaimer Form to ensure a smooth shipping process takes place.

Can you supply other products not listed on your website?
We have strong relationships with most major manufacturers, suppliers and stockists in the UK, having been in the industry for over 30 years.
We can supply nearly any paving or flooring product on the UK market at competitive prices.
I don’t like the product I have ordered, will you take them back?
We are unfortunately unable to take back unwanted or surplus products. Please Contact Us for information about these charges.
We try to encourage customers to do as much research as they can before ordering to stop this happening, if you can’t find enough information within our site then please do not hesitate to contact an expert in our team to help assist you.
What do I do if a product is damaged?
Our policy is that breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods, accompanied by photographic evidence.
We will then send out replacements for the broken products, although this happens very rarely.
